2024 Recap: Letter from the CEO

Dear valued clients and partners,

As we reach the end of 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made and share my excitement for the year ahead.

This year has been one of significant growth for Highway Three Solutions. We’ve had the privilege of welcoming many new clients into our community, and we’re deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. As an Atlassian Platinum Partner, we’ve been able to extend our expertise in implementing and optimizing Atlassian solutions, helping businesses all around the world reach their full digital potential.

With our growing practice, we’ve had 3 brand new technical team members hit the ground running with innovative expertise to add to H3. We have also expanded our team geographically to include a Toronto office, making it even easier and more effective to build relationships across Eastern and Central Canada.

As a part of expanding our team, our community engagement strategy is expanding! We have joined the 1% Pledge, meaning we are committed to donating & sharing at least 1% of our corporate profits with not-for-profit organizations and local charities that need help. We’ve also made significant enhancements to our IT Service Management (ITSM) solution program, expanding its features to offer even greater flexibility, scalability, and automated systems. The innovative uses for JSM continue to surprise us – like our implementation of a marketing service desk for an Adtech team, and a contract management solution for another Canadian enterprise. Looking ahead to 2025

Our team is committed to continuously evolving our solutions, and in 2025, we’ll introduce more upgrades and integrations designed to help your teams work smarter and more effectively. With these improvements, you can expect more capacity for growth & expertise with your ITSM strategy and implementations.

In addition to our ITSM enhancements, we’re always on the look-out for Artificial Intelligence as an enhancement to our work. This year, we’ve integrated AI-powered solutions into our offerings, including Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo, enabling us to provide smarter insights for our clients. As AI technology continues to evolve, we’re committed to incorporating the latest innovations to further empower your business and provide even more tailored solutions.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue growing with you. Our goal for 2025 is simple: to help you unlock new opportunities, accelerate your success, and enhance your digital workspaces. We’ll continue to build on our solutions and support, ensuring that your business has the tools it needs to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
